Full-Time | Remote | 1099
Provide after-hours and weekend telephone triage support for partnered clinics using evidence-based protocols. This role is fully remote and requires strong clinical judgment, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Active RN Compact license
- 5+ years recent clinical experience (ER, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, or Triage required)
- Reliable internet connection and a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Excellent assessment skills

This upcoming role will support Karewell Triage & Wellness Solutions by reviewing triage documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance with evidence-based standards. The position focuses on maintaining high levels of patient care, ensuring proper protocol usage, and supporting continuous improvement across our triage team.
Responsibilities (Future Role):
- Review triage notes for completeness and protocol adherence
- Identify areas for documentation improvement
- Support quality assurance processes for remote triage services
- Provide feedback to leadership on clinical quality trends
Qualifications:
- Active RN Compact license
- 5+ years clinical experience (ER, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, or Triage required)
- 1+ years experience in Quality Improvement or Utilization Review preferred
- Strong documentation and assessment skills
