Destini Cordero, RN, brings years of extensive experience in emergency care, pediatrics, Telehealth triage, and nurse case management. As Founder & CEO of Karewell, she oversees clinical standards, operations, and expansion across multiple states. Her mission is to provide accessible, reliable, and comforting nurse triage support for clinics, providers, and families nationwide.
Peter Peloquin, MD, MS
Chief Medical Advisor
Dr. Peloquin is a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician with a Master’s in Neuroscience and over 12 years of clinical experience. He serves as the Medical Director of a busy urban emergency department and provides Karewell with expert clinical oversight, protocol guidance, and quality assurance for triage operations. His advanced training and extensive real-world leadership in emergency medicine help ensure that Karewell delivers safe, evidence-based, and reliable clinical support to every client we serve.

IT Support Specialist
Mister is an experienced IT Support Specialist skilled in device management, technical troubleshooting, and HIPAA-aligned security practices. He oversees Karewell’s technical infrastructure, assists with system optimization, and ensures all technology remains secure, reliable, and efficient for staff and clinic partners.

Raquel is an experienced Administrative & HR Coordinator with a strong background in payroll, accounting, and front-office operations.
