As Founder & CEO of Karewell, she oversees clinical standards, operations, and expansion across multiple states. Her mission is to provide accessible, reliable, and comforting nurse triage support for clinics, providers, and families nationwide.

Dr. Peloquin is a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician with a Master’s in Neuroscience and over 12 years of clinical experience. He serves as the Medical Director of a busy urban emergency department and provides Karewell with expert clinical oversight, protocol guidance, and quality assurance for triage operations. His advanced training and extensive real-world leadership in emergency medicine help ensure that Karewell delivers safe, evidence-based, and reliable clinical support to every client we serve.
